We are building a kindergarten
The HS Timber Group is proud to support institutions and facilities that provide education, training and support for children and young people.
We provide support worldwide and especially in the regions in which we operate.
With the establishment of our “Acon Timber” production site in Gobernador Virasoro (Argentina), we have also decided to invest in the quality of life for employees and families in the region.
For this reason, Acon Timber is supporting the community in the construction of a kindergarten at the Instituto Vuelta del Ombú school in Gobernador Virasoro. This school has been offering primary and
secondary education since 1989. In addition, a classroom was used as a kindergarten for 4- and 5-year-old children.
With the support of Acon Timber, this kindergarten has now been extended and has its own grounds with a 150 m² building, a playground with play equipment and a classroom. The site wall has also been renovated.
As there are too few kindergartens in Virasoro, this project is intended to further promote the development and talents of the children so that they receive a solid foundation for their education.
The new kindergarten was opened in July 2023.
