COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

As a globally active company, we attach great importance to consistent compliance with all international, national, internal and external regulations and guidelines. To this end, we have set up a compliance management system and regularly train our employees. In this way, we create awareness and understanding of compliance risks so that we can recognise risk situations and react appropriately and correctly. 

Our compliance programme is further developed through annual internal assessments. We regularly work with external experts to implement and improve the programme.

Misconduct and compliance violations can and should be reported. This is reported to the Compliance Office, which investigates every report and treats the identity of the whistleblower in strict confidence.
