HS Timber Group completes acquisition of Kurekss SIA
With the approval of the latvian competition authority, HS Timber Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Kurekss SIA, a leading Latvian wood processing company, and its subsidiary Kurzemes Granulas SIA.

With the closing, HS Timber Group takes another important step in expanding its presence in the Baltic region, strengthening its portfolio of sustainably operated sawmills and renewable wood processing facilities.
The Kurekss and Kurzemes Granulas brands will remain unchanged, and the existing management team will continue to lead operations. Both companies will now work closely with HS Timber Group to explore synergies to further develop their market potential.
