At present, there is an increasing number of offers being made and new customers being approached by a person and/or company falsely claiming to be HS Timber Productions GmbH in Kodersdorf.
One person currently appears as Farcas Alin (farcasalin72@gmail.com, Fabrica de cherestea Kodersdorf, HS Timber Productions GmbH, Industriestr. 1, 02923 Kodersdorf, Deutschland) / Rudolf Sachsen (Rudolf Sachsen, Holzindustrie Schweighofer GmbH, kodersdorf@hstimber.de respectively kodersdorf@hs-timber.com). In Romania in particular, a company with the name HS Angelov Timber Productions GmbH appears in the sale of pellets.
The e-mail signature, the logo, plus the information in the footer, clearly indicate that this correspondence to initiate business comes from a fraudulent sender. We cannot rule out the possibility that other identities are also being used.
Therefore, before entering into a business relationship, we ask every customer to:
1. compare any contact details with the information provided on our website https://hs.at/en/company/production-sites/kodersdorf.html
2. carry out a validation of the UID/VAT number on https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do?locale=en and
3. contact our sales team directly. The official sales team for HS Timber Group products can be found on the website https://hs.at/en/products/contact-information.html.
Criminal charges have already been filed with the competent public prosecutor's office in Görlitz, Germany. Aggrieved parties can contact the prosecutor's office (file reference: 320 UJs 7064/21 gö).
The suspect will be identified in the preliminary proceedings using the available and permissible methods.
