December comes with exciting news about Timflow, the GPS-based system for transparently monitoring saw log deliveries that is unique in the European timber industry.
The public portal, www.timflow.com, has received an update that includes an international, English-language version as well as a redesign of the webpages in order to allow for a fluid user experience across a variety of devices.
On the redesigned homepage, a widget is showing the past week’s deliveries at a glance, and the maps now also indicate Romania’s national parks, clearly marked as exclusion areas. The availability of the data has been extended from one month to a full year (starting October 1st, 2017).
Everybody can register on the website and review pictures, documents and routes from loading point to the destination of all trucks that deliver saw logs to Holzindustrie Schweighofer, the first company implementing Timflow as part of its action plan to fight the phenomenon of illegal logging in Romania.
