At the end of March 2017, Holzindustrie Schweighofer’s sawmill in Sebes was subject to another control in accordance with the European Timber Regulation (EUTR). Just as the recent inspection in Radauti, which was also carried out in the same month, the competent authorities confirmed the correctness of the company’s due diligence system. The control in Sebes already marked the eighth EUTR-control of Holzindustrie Schweighofer’s Romanian plants – all of which rendered positive results.
